Bayer CropScience, a subgroup of PT Bayer Indonesia, is one of the leading International Agrochemicals Industry in Indonesia. We are at the moment is urgently seeking

for high caliber and motivated candidates for the following positions:

Sales Agronomists

Reporting to the Area Manager, the incumbents will be responsible and accountable to achieve sales target in his assigned area, monitor sales progress, stock inventory and product availability, implement field demonstrations and promotion programs to support area sales budget.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in Agriculture, majoring in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agrobusiness or Social Economy

2. Fresh Graduate with GPA min. 2.75, or a minimum of 2 years experience in Agrochemical or related industry

3. Proficient in English and computer literate; own a driving license (SIM A)

4. Result driven independent, a team player

5. Willing to be relocated within Indonesia

6. Maximum age of 30 years old

Purchasing and logistic Officer

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to perform purchasing activities (both local and import), leverage bargaining power of Company, obtain quality materials, manage purchasing records including material designs, and support export as well as logistic /good movement from one warehouse to another according to procedure.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in Chemical / Industrial Engineer / Economics or Business Administration

2. 2-3 years experience in purchasing (local and import), preferably kin manufacturing company

3. Experience working with SAP system would be an advantage

4. Good analytical and communication / negotiation skills, with high commitment and integrity

5. Proactive, good time management and a team player

6. Conversant with local as well as international trading system / terms

7. Proficient in English (written and verbal)
