2) RECEPTIONIST

II. PERSYARATAN PELAMAR :
1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 22 (dua puluh dua) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya
35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2009;
3. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan keputusan
pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena
melakukan suatu tindakan pidana kejahatan;
4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau
tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Anggota Tentara Nasional
Indonesia/Anggota Kepolisian Negara, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat
sebagai pegawai swasta;
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/Pegawai Negeri Sipil;
6. Tidak terikat kontrak/ikatan kerja baik dengan instansi pemerintah maupun
swasta.
7. Berkelakuan baik, dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian
setempat;
8. Sehat jasmani dan rohani, dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan sehat jasmani
dan rohani yang dibuat oleh dokter;
9. Memiliki Kartu Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas
Tenaga Kerja;
10. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia
atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah;
11. Bebas dari pemakaian narkoba.
12. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota/pengurus partai politik.

III. PELAMARAN CPNS:
1. Surat lamaran harus ditulis tangan dan ditandatangani sendiri, menggunakan huruf cetak/balok dengan tinta hitam, bermaterai Rp. 6000.-, ditujukan kepada Sekretaris Jenderal MPR RI U.p. Kepala Bagian Keanggotaan dan Kepegawaian Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI, Jalan Jend. Gatot Subroto Nomor 6 Jakarta Pusat, 10270, dengan melampirkan:
a. Fotocopy ijazah Sarjana/Diploma III disertai transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir, tanda tangan dan stempel asli oleh Dekan;
b. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
c. Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;
d. Fotocopy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian Resort setempat yang masih berlaku dan telah dilegalisir;
e. Fotocopy Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter pemerintah yang telahdilegalisir, setelah tanggal 1 Oktober 2009;
f. Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang masih berlaku dantelah dilegalisir;
g. Fotocopy Sertifikat Kursus/Pendidikan Informal;
h. Pas foto berwarna ukuran 4×6 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar (cantumkan nama di
belakang foto).
2. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) pelamar dengan kualifikasi pendidikan Sarjana/Diploma III minimal 2,75;
3. Pelamar memiliki keterampilan mengoperasikan komputer Microsoft Office danInternet;
4. Pelamar mencantumkan nomor telepon/handphone yang mudah dihubungipada surat lamaran;
5. Surat lamaran disampaikan melalui Kantor Pos ditujukan kepada Panitia
Pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI, alamat PO. BOX 6953 JATPKJKT 13069 serta mencantumkan kode lamaran pada pojok kanan atas amplop;
6. Surat lamaran harus sudah dikirim paling lambat tanggal 14 November 2009stempel pos;

V. KETENTUAN LAIN
1. Pelamar yang mengikuti seleksi penerimaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal MPRRI, tidak dipungut biaya apapun;
2. Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan sebagaimana tercantum pada Romawi IIdan III, akan dipanggil mengikuti seleksi administrasi diumumkan melalui papanpengumuman resmi di Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI dan websitewww.mpr.go.id;
3. Apabila jumlah pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan tersebut angka 2, melebihijumlah peserta ujian yang telah ditentukan, maka Panitia Pengadaan CPNS
memberlakukan sistem ranking berdasarkan Indeks Prestasi Komulatif (IPK);
4. Keputusan Panitia Pengadaan CPNS tidak dapat diganggu gugat;
5. Berkas lamaran yang sudah diterima tidak dapat diminta kembali;
6. Surat lamaran yang dikirim kepada Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI sebelum
pengumuman ini, dinyatakan tidak berlaku;
7. Nama peserta ujian, lokasi ujian, serta pengumuman hasil ujian akan diumumkan
melalui papan pengumuman resmi di Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI dan website
www.mpr.go.id.
