CTA bertanggung jawab mengorganisir dan memfasilitasi anak-anak (laki-laki dan perempuan) dan masyarakat dampingan untuk melakukan perencanaan, implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi proyek secara partisipatif.
Persyaratan:
§ Sarjana Kesejahteraan Sosial, Antropologi, Sosiologi, Ekonomi, Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Masyarakat, Peternakan, Pertanian dan Perikanan.
§ Mampu melakukan perencanaan, implementasi dan monitoring proyek
§ Memiliki pengalaman memfasilitasi masyarakat (terutama anak-anak)
§ Memiliki pemahaman dan sensitivitas terhadap budaya lokal
§ Mau bekerja keras dan dapat bekerjasama dalam tim
§ Dinamis, berjiwa pemimpin, mampu berkomunikasi dan negosiasi dengan baik
§ Memiliki komitmen untuk tinggal di desa

Tahapan dan jadwal Kegiatan, sebagai berikut :
1. Pendaftaran registrasi online dimulai pada tanggal 20 November 2009;
2. Alokasi formasi sejumlah 143 (seratus empat puluh tiga) orang, dengan jenjang pendidikan S2.

1) OFFICE MANAGER
Experienced generalists with excellent business acumen and at least 10 years of practical experience, technical knowledge, and interpersonal savvy, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2) RECEPTIONIST
Must be able to communicate in English, both written and oral, use of computers and email systems essential, filing and archiving capabilities.
3) SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Complete understanding of GMP principles, Applicable Degree in Finance or Accounting, Having experience in multinational or mining related company preferable. Extensive knowledge of Indonesian taxation system. Experience with SAP. Min 8-10 yrs experience.
4) JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Complete understanding of GAAP and Indonesian Taxation system, with degree in Accounting. Experience with SAP. Mm 3-4 yrs experience
5) TRAFFIC OFFICER (Coal Supply Chain)
Complete knowledge of coal supply chain, government regulations and updates, preferably with background in coal laboratory / analytical services. Mm 5 yrs experience.
6) LOGISTIC OFFICER
Port Captains Complete knowledge of bulk handling and coal logistics chain in Indonesia, Must have excellent existing relationship with barge operators. Mm 5 yrs work experience in coal producer or trading company.
7) BACK OFFICE / OPERATIONS
Complete knowledge of operations Involved in Indonesian and International coal supply chain. Must have degree in Economics or Finance. Min 5 yrs work experience either in coal producer or trading company In similar position
8) GENERAL MANAGER MINING / SENIOR MINE PLANNER / SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Must have relevant education and experience as a Mine/Process Engineer, Geologist At least 10 yrs exp in similar position. Indonesian experience is essential.

Qualification:
1. Min Academic Degree : S1 IT Finance/Banking
2. At least 2 years experience in implementation of core banking system preferably ICBS
3. Strong knowledge in Banking Finance, General Ledger and Accounting standard. (CBFA)
4. Strong knowledge in front office transactions including remittance and clearing (CBTA)
5. At least 2 years experience in analyzing the business processes and providing recommendations for improvement (CBTA)
6. Strong knowledge in Bank Indonesia and other Authorities Reporting System, AS/400 file data structure and Portal environment. (CBRRA)
7. Strong knowledge in banking products, including funding, lending and investments (CBPA)
8.At least 2 years experience in programming (APRPG)
9.Strong knowledge in Testing Methodology (QABSA)
10. Having exposure programming (APRPG)
11. Strong knowledge in banking product and operations, training coordination
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Excellent skill in MS Office including MS Access
- Willing to learn, smart, dynamic, creative, able to work both independently and in a team and work under pressure in a tight time frame
- Problem solver, excellent analytical skill, precise in writing reports and able to deliver good presentations

II. PERSYARATAN PELAMAR :
1. Warga Negara Indonesia;
2. Berusia serendah-rendahnya 22 (dua puluh dua) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya
35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2009;
3. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan keputusan
pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena
melakukan suatu tindakan pidana kejahatan;
4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau
tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Anggota Tentara Nasional
Indonesia/Anggota Kepolisian Negara, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat
sebagai pegawai swasta;
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/Pegawai Negeri Sipil;
6. Tidak terikat kontrak/ikatan kerja baik dengan instansi pemerintah maupun
swasta.
7. Berkelakuan baik, dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian
setempat;
8. Sehat jasmani dan rohani, dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan sehat jasmani
dan rohani yang dibuat oleh dokter;
9. Memiliki Kartu Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas
Tenaga Kerja;
10. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia
atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah;
11. Bebas dari pemakaian narkoba.
12. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota/pengurus partai politik.
III. PELAMARAN CPNS:
1. Surat lamaran harus ditulis tangan dan ditandatangani sendiri, menggunakan huruf cetak/balok dengan tinta hitam, bermaterai Rp. 6000.-, ditujukan kepada Sekretaris Jenderal MPR RI U.p. Kepala Bagian Keanggotaan dan Kepegawaian Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI, Jalan Jend. Gatot Subroto Nomor 6 Jakarta Pusat, 10270, dengan melampirkan:
a. Fotocopy ijazah Sarjana/Diploma III disertai transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir, tanda tangan dan stempel asli oleh Dekan;
b. Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
c. Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Penduduk yang masih berlaku;
d. Fotocopy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) dari Kepolisian Resort setempat yang masih berlaku dan telah dilegalisir;
e. Fotocopy Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter pemerintah yang telahdilegalisir, setelah tanggal 1 Oktober 2009;
f. Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang masih berlaku dantelah dilegalisir;
g. Fotocopy Sertifikat Kursus/Pendidikan Informal;
h. Pas foto berwarna ukuran 4×6 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar (cantumkan nama di
belakang foto).
2. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) pelamar dengan kualifikasi pendidikan Sarjana/Diploma III minimal 2,75;
3. Pelamar memiliki keterampilan mengoperasikan komputer Microsoft Office danInternet;
4. Pelamar mencantumkan nomor telepon/handphone yang mudah dihubungipada surat lamaran;
5. Surat lamaran disampaikan melalui Kantor Pos ditujukan kepada Panitia
Pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI, alamat PO. BOX 6953 JATPKJKT 13069 serta mencantumkan kode lamaran pada pojok kanan atas amplop;
6. Surat lamaran harus sudah dikirim paling lambat tanggal 14 November 2009stempel pos;

V. KETENTUAN LAIN
1. Pelamar yang mengikuti seleksi penerimaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal MPRRI, tidak dipungut biaya apapun;
2. Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan sebagaimana tercantum pada Romawi IIdan III, akan dipanggil mengikuti seleksi administrasi diumumkan melalui papanpengumuman resmi di Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI dan websitewww.mpr.go.id;
3. Apabila jumlah pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan tersebut angka 2, melebihijumlah peserta ujian yang telah ditentukan, maka Panitia Pengadaan CPNS
memberlakukan sistem ranking berdasarkan Indeks Prestasi Komulatif (IPK);
4. Keputusan Panitia Pengadaan CPNS tidak dapat diganggu gugat;
5. Berkas lamaran yang sudah diterima tidak dapat diminta kembali;
6. Surat lamaran yang dikirim kepada Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI sebelum
pengumuman ini, dinyatakan tidak berlaku;
7. Nama peserta ujian, lokasi ujian, serta pengumuman hasil ujian akan diumumkan
melalui papan pengumuman resmi di Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI dan website
www.mpr.go.id.
